Immunofluorescence Stain for Genital Secretion (I) Baso Clear Colourful Stains
What is Immunofluorescence Stain for Genital Secretion (I)?
This product employs the immunofluorescence technique. After binding with the corresponding antigen in the sample, it produces specific fluorescence imaging under excitation light of designated wavelength bands in a fluorescence microscope. Bacteria, fungi, and cells are observed under Band B (violet-blue excitation filter, excitation wavelength: 350 nm to 490 nm).
Staining Result
Observe the fluorescent morphology of pathogens and perform qualitative assessment based on characteristic morphological features. Under Band B, bacteria emit green, yellow, or red fluorescence; fungal hyphae and spores exhibit red or green fluorescence; nuclei of various cells and Trichomonas display bright green or yellowish-green fluorescence; the cytoplasm of Trichomonas shows orange-yellow or red fluorescence, while the cytoplasm of other cells exhibits distinct colors depending on their composition (e.g., lymphocytes, plasma cells, megakaryocytes, and dysplastic cells exhibit orange-red fluorescence, whereas granulocytes and normal squamous epithelial cells display green fluorescence).
